Different forms of payments have different processing times, so please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be back on your original method of payment once it's been issued. 

Once received, all returns are re-inspected to assess the item’s condition prior to processing a refund.

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of your return being processed through our warehouse, please email [email protected] and we'd be happy to look into it further for you.
