Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, excluding car seats and final sale items, which are not eligible for return. For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, and we do not refund return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a full refund, the following return criteria must be met:

• Return request within 14 days of delivery
• Item(s) is in the original listing condition and do not show signs of recent use.
• Item(s) are returned in their original packaging. 
• A tracking number is provided within 7 days of initiating the return.

Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
