We currently offer standard shipping (3-7 business days). We also offer local delivery in the Charlotte area and free pickup from our Charlotte warehouse.

Please note that some items are unavailable for shipping and are available for local pickup and delivery only. If an item is not eligible for shipping, it is noted on the product listing page. You will be unable to complete checkout if you choose shipping for these items.

At this time we cannot ship to PO boxes or ship internationally.

What is your shipping policy?

All of our items are guaranteed for 7 days after receipt. If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or simply isn't in the condition it was listed as, we will make it right. Whenever possible, we'll offer you the option to replace or repair the item. If not, we'll offer a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost and receive a full refund. 

We also understand that sometimes you simply change your mind! If this is the case, we offer returns within 7 days, except on items marked final sale. Items being returned must be in the same condition they were purchased in and cannot show signs of recent use. In this case, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we do not refund original shipping fees. You must provide a return tracking number within 7 days of your return request for your item to be eligible for a refund. If we do not receive the return tracking number your item will not be eligible for return.

Items marked as final sale are only eligible for return if the item arrives damaged, missing parts, or does not match the condition in the listing. 

If you'd like to return an item outside of the 7-day window or the item is no longer in the same condition you received it, you are welcome to consign your item with us! We offer discounted consignment fees for items previously purchased from our store. Head over to our consignments page for more details.

To start a return, contact us at returns@storkexchange.co and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your return policy?

Items can be picked up at our Charlotte warehouse located at 2323 Executive Street Unit 2, Charlotte NC 28208. Pickup is open from 10AM to 4PM Monday through Friday.

Once we receive your item(s) our team of experts inspects, cleans, sanitizes, and photographs your item(s) to get them ready to be listed on our website for other parents to buy! If your item sells, there will be a 7 day window from when the buyer receives the item to when your payout will be available. You'll receive a link from our secure third-party payment platform, Dots to collect your payout.
 
Any fees owed will be taken from your payout.

How do I cosign my items with you?

Every item is inspected when we take it so that we have an accurate view of it's condition. We then clean every item to ensure each item is in its best possible condition before it arrives at your door. Smaller cloth items are laundered sanitized via steam, and then sealed. Larger items are vacuumed of any dirt and allergens and wiped down with disinfecting wipes. Any removable cloth parts are laundered and sanitized via steam. To help you make informed decisions about what you are getting, a detailed description is included with each listing, as well as photographs of any visable flaws. 

Our condition scale is as follows: 
Factory Sealed - never opened
Open Box - box has been opened but items have never been used; tags are intact
Like New - item has no visible signs of use
Gently Used - item has minor visible signs of use
Well Loved - item has clear signs of use or is missing non-essential parts
