Certified Returns are fully functional and include all essential parts. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection by trained product experts who evaluate its functionality, cleanliness, safety, authenticity, and overall condition. 

Certified Returns are categorized as Pristine, Excellent, or Very Good

Opened but unused products that show no flaws or imperfections. The original packaging is included, but it may show signs of wear and tear from transit.

Certified Returns - Excellent

Product may have minor cosmetic flaws, such as light scratches or scuffs that are not visible from a distance. Original packaging may be missing or damaged and replaced with a generic box to ensure safe delivery.

These products may show signs of visible wear, such as minor scratches, scuffs, tears, or discoloration. Imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not impact the product’s functionality or performance. Original packaging may be missing or damaged and replaced with a generic box to ensure safe delivery.
