Stork Exchange will not sell:

• Items subject to voluntary or mandatory recalls.

• Car seats without manufacturer or warranty tags attached.

• Items older than 7 years from their manufacturing date.

• Items not in compliance with current safety standards.

• Items that are expired or within one year of their expiration date..

• Items that do not include the original safety harnesses or straps.

• Items lacking serial numbers or manufacture dates. 

• Items without original care tags and brand stickers attached.

• Items deemed excessively dirty or unsanitary.

• Individual items that were initially part of a larger set or system.

• Items emitting any kind of unpleasant odor.

• Items missing critical components such as accessories essential to the item’s function, chargers, and power cords.

• Items showing significant damage such as large holes, tears, stains, low tire treads, or marks that affect the product's overall integrity.

• Items that have been involved in accidents.

• Items that are no longer functional.

• Items subject to any legal restrictions or embargoes. 

• Items intended for sale solely outside of the United States.

• Items with altered or tampered mechanisms; original functionality must be intact.

• Discontinued items that no longer have available support or replacement parts.

• Items with missing or non-functional safety features. All safety mechanisms must be present and operational.

• Items that have been previously repaired or refurbished by an unauthorized service. Official brand servicing only.

• Items with outdated technology or are no longer supported by updates. 

• Items that are locked to a previous user.

• Items with exposed wires, damaged batteries, or other safety hazards.
