At Stork Exchange, every product is carefully inspected before it is listed for sale. While we source returned and overstock baby gear from trusted retail partners, not every item meets our standards for safety, completeness, and functionality.

The following products will not be listed for sale on our site:

Safety & Compliance

We do not sell products that:

• Are subject to voluntary or mandatory recalls
• Do not meet current safety standards
• Are older than 7 years from the manufacturing date
• Are expired or within one year of expiration
• Are missing serial numbers, manufacturer labels, or safety tags
• Have been involved in an accident

Condition

Products must be clean and fully functional. We do not sell products that:

• Are excessively dirty, unsanitary, or have strong odors
• Show significant structural damage such as large tears, holes, or heavy staining
• Have exposed wires, damaged batteries, or other safety hazards
• Are no longer functional

Completeness

All essential parts required for safe use must be present. Products will not be sold if they are missing:

• Safety harnesses or straps
• Chargers, power cords, or required accessories
• Original care tags or brand identification
• Components from a larger set or system

Modifications & Restrictions

We also do not sell products that:

• Have been modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized service provider
• Are discontinued without available replacement parts or manufacturer support
• Use outdated technology or are locked to a previous user account
• Are restricted by law or intended for sale outside the United States

Products that do not meet these standards are removed from inventory and handled through responsible recycling, donation, or parts recovery when possible.
