At Stork Exchange, we offer high-quality baby gear in two main categories: Overstock Items and Certified Returns. Every item we sell is carefully inspected to meet our rigorous standards for safety, functionality, and cleanliness—so you can shop confidently knowing exactly what you’re getting.

Overstock Items

Overstock items are brand-new products sourced directly from trusted manufacturers or retailers. These items are unused, sealed in their original packaging, and include all original tags and manuals. While the product itself is untouched, the external packaging may show slight signs of wear due to shipping or storage.

Certified Returns

Certified Returns are products that customers have previously purchased and returned to the original retailer or manufacturer. These items are processed and graded based on their condition and must meet our strict resale eligibility requirements. 

Certified Returns are fully functional and include all essential parts. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection by trained product experts who evaluate its functionality, cleanliness, safety, authenticity, and overall condition. 

Certified Returns are categorized as Pristine, Excellent, or Very Good

Our commitment to transparency ensures that you’ll always know what to expect. Regardless of their condition, all products come from trusted and verified sources and meet our high quality standards, allowing you to shop with confidence.

Certified Returns - Pristine

Opened but unused products that show no flaws or imperfections. The original packaging is included, but it may show signs of wear and tear from transit.

Certified Returns - Excellent

Product may have minor cosmetic flaws, such as light scratches or scuffs that are not visible from a distance. Original packaging may be missing or damaged and replaced with a generic box to ensure safe delivery.

Certified Returns - Very Good

These products may show signs of visible wear, such as minor scratches, scuffs, tears, or discoloration. Imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not impact the product’s functionality or performance. Original packaging may be missing or damaged and replaced with a generic box to ensure safe delivery.
