Once we receive your item(s) our team of experts inspects, cleans, sanitizes, and photographs your item(s) to get them ready to be listed on our website for other parents to buy! If your item sells, there will be a 7 day window from when the buyer receives the item to when your payout will be available. You'll receive a link from our secure third-party payment platform, Dots to collect your payout.
Any fees owed will be taken from your payout.
To ensure the smooth running of our schedule, we kindly ask that if you're running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please give us a quick call or message to let us know. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we'll do our best to accommodate you! However, please be aware that if you arrive over 10 minutes late without prior notification, we may have to cancel your appointment and will gladly assist you in rescheduling for a more convenient time.
