Our inspection process is comprehensive, as we meticulously check each item for signs of use, wear, and any missing parts. The condition details provided in every listing give a clear understanding of what to expect, including information on any notable defects or damages. 

Every item we accept undergoes rigorous cleaning;

Smaller cloth items are laundered, sanitized with steam, and then sealed. 

Larger items are vacuumed to remove dirt and allergens, and wiped down with disinfecting wipes. Any removable cloth parts are also laundered and steam-sanitized.

After inspection, we thoroughly clean and sterilize each item to ensure it meets our high standards.

If you receive an item that you feel is not clean or does not match the listed condition, please reach out to us within 14 days, and we'll work with you to determine the next steps.
